What about VAT?
Price excludes 21% VAT. For Dutch municipalities, this can usually be offset through the VAT compensation fund.
What is included in implementation costs?
Onboarding, configuration, first assessment round, knowledge transfer, and support for the first report.
Who can implement?
In 2026, our own team for the 10 pilot municipalities. From 2027, certified partners as well.
What if we want to stop?
Annual licence, cancellable each year. You keep access to your own data and exports — no vendor lock-in.
